14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Tip: We recommend trying items on as soon as they arrive to ensure you have time to return if needed!

What Can Be Returned

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn & unwashed with original tags attached
  • No signs of wear including deodorant marks, perfume, or pet hair
  • Original packaging when possible
  • Free from damage not present at time of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments, lingerie, swimwear, or intimates
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items with removed or missing tags
  • Worn, washed, or altered items

How to Start a Return

Submit a return request with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Get Your Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

Pack & Ship

Securely pack your item(s) with all tags attached, print the label, and drop off at any USPS location.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or we made an error)
  • Return shipping is free on orders over $50, or $5.99 deducted from refund on orders under $50
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help! Since each item is unique and pre-owned, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Pro Tip: Add items to your wishlist so you can quickly repurchase if you need to exchange!

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive an item that's damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

Important: Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Received the Wrong Item?

If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, we sincerely apologize! Contact us right away and we'll send you a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
